A speculative identity for Images Festival, a yearly event presenting independent film, video, and media culture.

Drawing on the context of our visual environment today, this speculative rebrand uses broadcast patterns, screen test graphics, and pixel art to form the festival’s visual language. As an alternative festival that offers a critical perspective on contemporary moving images, the graphic system engages with the visual vernacular of screens to create a bold and flexible identity.
